Erin Gerber is the office and contracts manager for the entire Carolyn Young and Associates team. She has been with her for 6 years and comes to Carolyn by way of Computer Associates (CA). Detailed and thorough, she keeps the team on track. She is responsible for the guidance of all contracts from the moment of agreement between buyer and seller to the moment of settlement - timelines, document preparation & delivery, database management and maintenance, Carolyn's schedule - these are all Erin's trusted responsibility.
